High performance sensors

High Performance - the standard of Rechner sensors.

The Characteristics of the High Performance range of capacitive sensors -
  • Larger sensing distance 3 x normal
    The real sensing distance of the capacitive high performance sensors is up to 3 x the normal range.

  • Sensing distance medium optimized
    The sensing distance is medium optimized so that it is possible to detect different products with one and the same adjustment. This is of real advantage for level control of products with changing dielectric constant.

  • Smaller free zones necessary at active area
    For standard capacitive sensors the free zone required around the active face was 3 x diameter of the sensor. With the High Performance sensors it is only 2 x diameter.

  • Temperature stability up to 100°C
