The highlight in this family is indisputably the diffuse sensor with background suppression and its patented double optic system. The double optics allow Contrinex to have large setting dynamics of 20:1 with fix optics which makes the sensor vibration and shock resistant. Furthermore you will find that there is no black/white shift up to 300mm which ensures secure detection of the smallest black parts on a white background that would normally be invisible to sensors in this category.
The 4050 family consists of a diffuse sensor with and without background suppression, a through beam sensor and a reflective sensor, with and without polarization are built into a robust, easy to clean housing and offers a variety of mounting options. All products are Ecolab tested and are available with a coated plexiglass or glass window, depending on your application.
To complete the family, Contrinex offers the FTS color sensor with 3 channels that are easy to teach and have independent outputs. For each channel the timing and tolerance level can be set to ensure reliable detection of the slightest color differences.
