Phoenix Contact SUBCON SUB-D fast connection connectors for serial interfacing No soldering or crimping tools are required. The Phoenix Contact SUB-D connectors of the SUBCON interface assemblies can be connected fast and conveniently in the field. The connectors are cleanly routed onto consecutively numbered screw terminal blocks. High shielding against EMC influences in industrial environments is gained by virtue of the metallic housing. Cable entry on be reversed to allow cables to be fed from either the left or right

Irrespective of whether the application requires 9, 15 or 25 position connectors, one or two cable infeeds for point-to-point or RS-485 bus connections. Optimized designs for PROFIBUS, CANopen and SafetyBUSp with the right cable and tools, complete the comprehesive range.
