When the production of every sensor begins at Rechner, it receives a unique individual code which is permanently laser marked onto its housing. Every subsequent production step and every test result is directly linked to each sensor’s individual code and this can be traced back even after many years. The individual codes are also included in the barcode on each sensors box. During dispatch all packages are scanned and by doing this they know exactly which sensor has been shipped out, when and where to.
With this process, they can guarantee that their customers receive products made with full quality control and which have 100% traceability.
