Non-contact sensor for monitoring temperature changes.

Works by detecting infrared energy that objects emit
Senses temperature differences as small as 3° C, on moving or still products
Senses from 0° to 300° C
Available with analog or discrete outputs
Allows threshold adjustment and real-time information display through a PC
Requires no emitter or controller
