As soon as an order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Items in stock will be despatched using the selected service. Should a product be out of stock, an order acknowledgement will be emailed advising the lead-time for this item. You can then choose if you wish to wait for the item, amend the order or cancel the order. We can call you to discuss the items you have selected and may be able to suggest an alternative product. We are here to help.
Due to the current world-wide supply issues, manufacturers are increasing their prices. These changes are being applied to new orders and any open stock orders. We will therefore advise if we are unable to supply your part at the advertised price.

All products included on our website are priced without VAT. This will be added at the checkout at the current rate.
The cost of shipping the order is calculated based of the total weight of the goods and is shown in the shopping basket. Please refer to the ‘Delivery Charges’ table for details of the available options and charges.

Damaged or faulty products
We take every effort to ensure that the items you have ordered will reach you in perfect condition. Most items are delivered in the original, sealed manufacturers packing and inside another packet or box. However, should an item be received which is damaged or is faulty then please contact us immediately to discuss the problem. At this time we will determine how to rectify the matter.
