Rechner LevelMaster – The perfect level sensor for conductive and adhesive products

The LevelMaster from Rechner Sensors is becoming increasingly popular in the Food + Beverage plus Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics industries. The rapidly increasing sales figures are easy to explain: functionality, quality, compactness and easy process integration as well as simple setting using the EasyTeach by Wire function which needs no additional tools. In addition the set-up and adjustment of the LevelMaster can be made directly from the control panel.

Level measurement with the LevelMaster is well proven in a wide variety of applications. The devices are used in production or on packaging machines for cosmetics, food products, pharmaceuticals, conductive adhesives and water-based inks. These are just some of the products where levels are reliably detected. Analogue or digital output options are available as required by the user.

For process connections Rechner offer as standard G1/2”, G1”, NPT1/2” and Tri-Clamp. Longer sensor versions for applications where customers need to measure deeper into a container are available too. Furthermore, an extension tube mounting option, to enable measurements deep inside vessels or containers is also available. Alternatively, if sensors which do not project far into a container are required then the LevelMaster range includes models where the thread starts immediately after the active surface.

Full traceability of all housing materials used, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004, as well as variants which are designed in accordance with EHEDG, is done so as standard procedure at Rechner Sensors.
